Do you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Our menus include dietary markers to help guests easily identify gluten-free, vegetarian, and other dietary options.

Because our dishes are prepared to order, we have the flexibility to accommodate many allergies and dietary preferences. While not every dish can be modified, our culinary team takes great care to accommodate individual needs whenever possible.

Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering so we can guide you through the menu and communicate your needs to the kitchen.

Do you offer a children's menu?

Yes! We offer a selection of children's dining options, available upon request from your server. While these selections are not listed on our printed menu, our team is happy to share the available choices with you.

Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our entrance, dining areas, outdoor patio, and restrooms are all wheelchair accessible.

May I bring my own cake or bottle of wine?

Of course! Guests are welcome to bring a cake for special celebrations, and we do not charge a cake-cutting fee.

Guests are also welcome to bring their own bottle of wine, subject to a $46 corkage fee per bottle.

Is there a dress code?

We believe a wonderful dining experience should be enjoyed however you feel most comfortable. Whether you're dressing up for a special occasion or joining us for a relaxed evening out, you're welcome at Sugo.

Come as you are, settle in, and enjoy!

Do you accommodate large parties and private events?
Absolutely! We love bringing people together.

We offer private dining experiences for groups of 17–35 guests, perfect for celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.
Events exceeding 35 guests are considered on a case-by-case basis and require exclusive use of the restaurant through a full-venue buyout.

Please visit our Private Events page to submit an inquiry, and our team will be happy to help you plan your gathering.

Can I modify the number of guests in my reservation?
Reservations made through Tock may be modified up to two hours before your scheduled reservation, provided the requested seating and accommodations are available.

For parties of more than six guests, please contact the restaurant directly so our team can assist with your reservation.

What happens if I'm running late for my reservation?
We understand that unexpected delays happen! We kindly ask that you contact the restaurant if you're running behind.
Reservations are held for a 15-minute grace period. After that time, we cannot guarantee that your table will remain available, although we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Can I request a specific table or seating area?
Absolutely! We welcome seating preferences and make every effort to accommodate them thoughtfully.
Our dining room is a lively, energetic space, particularly during peak dining hours. While we do our best to honor requests for quieter or more private seating, the nature of our restaurant and the needs of service mean that specific tables, seating areas, and noise levels cannot be guaranteed.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to create an enjoyable experience for every guest.

Where should I park?
Guests are welcome to park in our on-site parking lot, along either side of the street where parking is permitted, or in the parking lot of United Methodist Church directly across the street.
