ALCOHOL

WE DO NOT CHARGE A SET PRICE PER PERSON FOR ALCOHOL

alcohol is charged on consumption

(which means you only pay for what your guests order)

This approach allows us to tailor alcohol packages to the individual needs, budgets, and requests of each party.

In fact, we can customize menus to offer beer and wine only, specific spirits, specific price points, specially created items unique to the event itself (you get the idea)….

However, we strongly suggest the following structure for putting together a bar package:

  • Three white wines (usually a sparkling, chardonnay, and either pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc)

  • Three red wines (usually a cabernet, an Italian, and one varietal of your preference)

  • Four - five specialty cocktails off our menu (for ease of ordering)

  • Three-four mocktails, if requested

Please keep in mind that our wine & cocktail menu is large and can be overwhelming for guests who haven’t dined with us before… we recommend simplifying the process so that it is easier for everyone to view their options and make a decision.

Our event coordinators can talk through pricing options with you in more detail so that you are able to design a drink menu that is upscale, appealing, and diverse without overspending.

FLEXIBILITY WITH BAR PACKAGES

we can structure alcohol options in the following ways:

  • Open Bar | all beer, wine, & liquor is added to one bill and paid for by the host of the event

  • Beer & Wine Only | the beer and wine options decided on by the host are added to one bill and guests are responsible for paying for liquor individually

  • Open Bar - set amount | the host covers the cost of alcohol until the tab reaches a specific dollar amount. All alcohol ordered after that is the individual responsibility of each guest

  • Cash Bar | guests are responsible for paying for their own alcohol throughout the duration of the event. *please talk with our event coordinators about this option to further evaluate meeting minimum spends
